PENNSYLVANIA, USA — These nonprofit organizations and dozens more are hoping you open your hearts and wallets for NEPA Gives. The 24 hour fundraising campaign is Northeastern Pennsylvania's largest giving event.

"This is really the time to give because we have generous sponsors who helped to bring together matching funds and prizes that all help your donation go even further," Brittany Pagnotti of the Scranton Area Community Foundation said.

NEPA Gives features nearly 250 nonprofits.

"There's so many people in need, especially when you cover that large of an area, and we really don't ever want to turn someone away," Holly Przasynski of The Wright Center for Patient and Community Engagement said.
