An online transaction led to armed robbery and three suspects were arrested as a result, Porterville Police stated.

Sebastian Delgado, 19, Carlos Luna, 19, and a 16-year-old juvenile, all of Porterville, were arrested.

Shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday Porterville Police Officers responded to the 300 Block of West Morton Avenue regarding an armed robbery that had just occurred. Officers contacted the victim, who reported he was selling merchandise through social media platforms when he was contacted by a male subject who agreed to purchase some of his merchandise. The victim reported the male subject, later identified as Delgado, directed him to meet in the area of Morton Avenue and Palm Street to complete the sale.
