INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD announced the arrests of three homicide suspects in three days.

Arrest in May 8 homicide

IMPD arrested a man in the May 8 deadly stabbing of Brian McCoy . Joshua Bland was arrested on June 5 and charged with murder, robbery and auto theft.

The incident was reported around 11:15 a.m. May 8 in the 2900 block of Waterfront Parkway West Drive , near Crawfordsville and North Girls Schools road.

McCoy was taken to a local hospital in serious condition. He died a short time later.

Investigators found McCoy's car was stolen and then identified Bland as a suspect.

Detectives were able to recover the car and arrested Bland.

His initial hearing is set for June 10.
