Initially released in 2021, Copshop unfortunately bombed pretty badly at the box office. With a budget of $43.5 million, it only snagged a measly $6.8 million during its time in theaters. Nevertheless, it was met with positive praise from both critics and audiences who actually saw it, and rightfully so. With a critics score of 83% and an audience score of 74% according to Rotten Tomatoes, all signs indicate the film is a worthwhile one for viewers to explore. Despite its poor theatrical performance, its reviews definitely serve as a better metric for the quality of the film.
