There's a current TikTok trend where men call their male friends to tell them good night. To show that celebrities are just like us actor Robert De Niro called his friend and collaborator director Martin Scorsese to tell him good night. Then they face timed and De Niro showed he was watching The Wiggles. Scorsese then confirmed he'd see him tomorrow (at the Tribeca Film Festival), the two exchanged endearments, blew air kisses, and then hung up.

Scorsese was in the dark about why he was called until he was told presumably by his daughter.
