The Park City School District has completed the sale of the Jeremy Ranch house it purchased for former Superintendent Jill Gildea.

The school board in April unanimously approved the sale of the 3,400-square-foot property, which was listed online for $1.4 million. Business Administrator Randy Upton at the time said the district had already received a higher offer, but details of the sale couldn’t be publicized until the buyer closed on the house.

District officials on Thursday confirmed the house sold on April 29 for $1.5 million, slightly above the district’s asking price. It was purchased in 2018 for $870,000.
