ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Elizabethton-Carter County Animal Shelter removed numerous animals from a home on Friday.

The animal shelter took a multitude of pets from an Elizabethton home over the course of the day.

Animals seized included dogs, cats, snakes, rabbits, ferrets and lemurs.

As of Friday, the owner of the animals had not been confirmed to News Channel 11.

After they were removed from the home, the animals were taken to the shelter.
