Hugh Jackman and Deborra-lee Furness have begun divvying up their real estate assets amid their divorce.

Property records reviewed by PEOPLE show that an LLC associated with Furness paid $11.7 million to the LLC the couple used to buy their stunning N.Y.C. penthouse together in 2022 for a reported $21 million . The home is now valued around $23 million, indicating that Furness has seemingly paid Jackman for his half of the property, buying him out.

According to the documents, the transaction occurred on May 25, two days before Furness officially filed for divorce after 27 years of marriage on May 27. The Real Deal was first to report the news.
