Corey Kreinbrink is returning to coach the girls basketball team at Napoleon.

Kreinbrink, who led the Wildcats from 2015-22, had been coaching the last two seasons at Dublin Coffman.

In 2021, Kreinbrink led Napoleon to the Division II state championship. That Wildcats team was the first Northern Lakes League team – boys or girls – to win a state basketball championship. Napoleon is the smallest enrollment school in the NLL.

“When the opportunity to be closer to family and raise kids in the Napoleon community and school district came available, it was an opportunity we felt we couldn’t pass up,” Kreinbrink said. “I am excited and looking forward to being back in a place where so many memories and experiences are held.”
