Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia is now on his way back to the United States as an accused criminal, according to court documents obtained by Fox News. He's charged in a sealed federal indictment out of Tennessee with conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens. Attorney General Pam Bondi made the announcement alongside Deputy AG Todd Blanche on Friday.
