JASPER COUNTY, Texas — A Jasper County man accused of online solicitation of a minor was arrested in Hendricks County, Indiana, following a multi-agency effort spanning several states.

Randy McCullough, 41, of Kirbyville, was taken into custody on a Jasper County warrant for online solicitation of a minor, a first degree felony. The arrest was made possible through a joint operation between the U.S. Marshals, FBI, Indiana State Police, and local law enforcement, according to a news release from the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began April 22, 2025 when the sheriff’s office received an anonymous tip from Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas reporting inappropriate communication between McCullough and a 12-year-old girl. An investigator was assigned the case and conducted
