WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - One north country bank will be planning a new full-service branch Downtown Watertown branch.

In an announcement from their Facebook page, Carthage Savings Bank announced that it has has bought the building located at the corner of Washington Street and Mullin Street in Watertown.

Retina-Vitreous Surgeons of CNY occupied the building before to Summit Drive in Watertown.

Carthage Savings Bank's post said that they are in the planning stages for the new branch and look forward to providing enhanced banking services in the city.

The bank's Downtown Watertown branch is currently located at 146 Arsenal Street, which is under the Downtown Watertown YMCA.
