Dear city of Tucson:

Please withdraw your request that a federal judge drop former state Sen. Justine Wadsack's conspiracy lawsuit against you.

Instead, put her on the stand for about 11 hours and have her explain herself in many, many ways.

Remember how she lost her seat when former state Sen. Vince Leach beat her in the 2024 Republican primary? The witness stand would be a worse experience for her.

She's alleging that she is the victim of political prosecution after being cited for doing 71 miles per hour in a 35 mile-per-hour speed zone.

The story gets hilarious when she invokes how the Tucson Sentinel broke the story of her criminal traffic ticket.

Let's linger for a second on that point. We're talking about a traffic infraction. All Wadsack had to do was say "Hey, I got a
