A Langley man who shot to death two people months apart in 2022 was sentenced Friday to almost 15 years for the killings, as well as for manufacturing firearms.
B.C. Supreme Court Justice Carla Forth noted that Justin Bos had expressed no remorse for fatally shooting Cody Mostat in Langley on March 25, 2022, and then gunning down Troy Regnier in Surrey five months later.
At the time of both slayings, Bos was under investigation by the Combined Forces Special Forces Unit for making firearms.
Forth told a New Westminster courtroom Friday that she had read and re-read victim impact statements provided a week earlier by relatives of both men.
