DRAPER, Utah (KUTV) — The Salt Lake County Health Department released a list of restaurants that have approved plans for safely serving food during the Draper boil order.

Residents in Draper were first instructed to boil their water on Thursday, June 5, after E. coli and other dangerous bacteria and viruses were suspected to have affected the water supply.

All restaurants and food services were asked to close their doors until the order was lifted. By Friday, several restaurants submitted plans to serve food safely to county officials.

The following restaurants’ plans have been approved:

Cafe Rio -12362 South Minuteman Drive

Costa Vida - 213 East 12300 South

Harmon's Grocery Deli - 672 East 11400 South

In-N-Out Burger - 12191 South State Street

Leatherheads - 12147 South State Str
