In 2008, Coronado residents Jeff Jakus and Bev Burroughs met at a local wine bar, and their journey has now come full circle with the launch of their own winery, Figjam.

Bev and Jeff have lived in Coronado for more than 20 years. They married in their Coronado home in 2011, where they currently operate Figjam Estate Winery. Throughout their time in Coronado, the two have been heavily involved and active in the community. They have been board members for the Coronado Yacht Club, chaired the Amazing Race for Children’s Wishes benefiting Make-A-Wish San Diego, participated in fundraising for the KMAC Foundation, and much more.
