Boulder police arrested a 46-year-old man Thursday on suspicion of robbing a bank and, earlier, attempting to rob a woman, according to a news release.
David Lloyd Martinez, 46, is accused of robbing the U.S. Bank at 1650 28th St., according to the Friday release. Officials say officers were dispatched to the bank at 2:33 p.m. and eventually arrested Martinez in the area of University Avenue and Broadway. He is also accused of assaulting and attempting to rob a woman of her bike at the Home Depot on 28th Street, the release said. The woman was treated and released on scene, according to the release.
Martinez faced charges of attempted robbery and robbery, the release said.
