WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — Homemade blankets of all shapes and sizes can be found on tables inside the Lycoming Law Association office in Williamsport .

The blankets are for Project Linus—a national organization that provides handmade blankets for children in need. Every spring, the Lycoming Law Association Young Lawyers Division collects blanket donations for the nonprofit's local chapter. The blankets then go to area children in need.

Stephanie Wolak, Lycoming Law Association Young Lawyers Division co-chair says every year they collect about 50 homemade blankets.

When May rolls around members of the young lawyers division get together for an hour or so to put together no-sew blankets for the project.
