WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — To ensure more people are CPR certified, an organization in Lycoming County called the Juvenile Uplifting Mentor Program or "JUMP" is holding CPR certification classes. JUMP helps create brighter futures for at risk youth and their families.

"All of the things jump provides are all based in the community, we utilize all of our community organizations like the YWCA, YMCA, the United Way and things like that to help us build a bigger platform to serve the population," said Shantay Hall, Juvenile Uplifting Mentor Program
