TPD: Man arrested for telling officers there was a bomb in his car as he blocked Dale Mabry Highway

A driver was arrested Thursday evening for blocking traffic on Dale Mabry Highway and falsely claiming to have a bomb inside his car, according to the Tampa Police Department.
