KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - Two men who had pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment were sentenced in Kanawha County Circuit Court Friday.

Antonio Jacobs and Zion Clark admit that they were involved in a drive-by shots fired incident near the Shawnee Sports Complex in May of 2024.

“There are more serious crimes, but what you did is up there with all of those,” Kanawha County Circuit Court Judge Maryclaire Akers said.

The pair addressed the court.

“I’m truly, truly sorry,” Clark said. “I take full accountability in what I did. I have no words. I can only say what I did and say I’m sorry, but if you give me an opportunity I can show you that I will never be here again.”
