PHOENIX, Arizona (ABC4) -- Lori Vallow Daybell is back in court, charged with conspiring to commit the attempted murder of her former nephew-in-law, Brandon Boudreaux.
Daybell is charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder of Brandon Boudreaux, the ex-husband of her niece, Melani. Boudreaux alleges he was shot at while returning home on Oct. 2, 2019. Daybell is representing herself in the trial, as she did in her Arizona trial on conspiring to murder her estranged husband, Charles Vallow, where she was found guilty.
Daybell was also previously sentenced for murder and conspiracy to murder her children, Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ashlyn Ryan, 16. She was sentenced to prison and is currently serving five life sentences for the crimes.
