BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Burrillville Police Department said that a Chepachet man was arrested in connection with both a domestic incident and as a fugitive out of Connecticut.

29-year-old Robert Connors was charged with domestic felony assault, reckless driving and eluding, fugitive from justice, willful trespass, threats to public officials, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Police responded to the Munyon Trail area in Pascoag on June 5 for a call from a woman who said her boyfriend was intoxicated and unable to drive the vehicle out of the area, which had become stuck.

Police alleged that Connors became aggressive and threatened officers and their families, and also allegedly determine that a domestic incident had taken place.
