A number of officers are dealing with a police incident in Douglas on the Isle of Man.

A scene is under police cordon on Victoria Avenue, with a statement from the Isle of Man Constabulary describing it as an "isolated incident".

In a facebook post, the Constabulary said: The investigation is in its very early stages, but we can confirm it is an isolated incident and there is no risk to the wider Public at this time.

"As soon as we can provide a further update we will."
