MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Family, friends and community members rallied in support of Sade Robinson, after Maxwell Anderson was found guilty on all counts in her murder.
“We are still looking for a life sentence of course, but right now it’s... I wouldn’t necessarily say celebratory,” said Dee-Dee Davis with Sade’s Voice Foundation. “But it is a sigh of relief that this part of the process for justice has been served.”
It was an emotional day as multiple rallies and vigils took place across the Milwaukee area Friday, June 6.
“She was very lighthearted and humble and kind and she was just like any other person and that’s what makes this whole thing so hard and terrible,” said Maya Cano, Robinson’s friend.
