FOX5 VegasLAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - 233 pages of internal emails and reports are shedding light on the firing of former Henderson police chief, Hollie Chadwick.
The documents show questions and concerns between Henderson City Manager Stephanie Garcia-Vause and Chadwick, which led to Chadwicks’s firing back in February.
The documents released by the City of Henderson this week range from Dec. 2024 to early Feb. 2025, ending just days before Chadwick was placed on leave February 13.
In a February email to Chadwick, Garcia-Vause said “I am asking for this information to gain a better understanding about the department, which will allow me to better support you.”
Some of the concerns Garcia-Vause raised was alleged favoritism within the department, specifically among those who retire.
