GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The Green Bay coal pile site has about two years’ worth of inventory stored on it and while the coal piles won’t be moved physically, the inventory will just deplete.

Some business owners Action 2 News Victoria Frazier spoke with say that they are excited to see new developments coming into the area.

Brown County is currently working on site designs, lay outs, and the cost estimates to construct and build out the Pulliam site.

This midtown site has 30 acres and C. Reiss will allow for the development of 10 acres on the north section along the Mason Street Bridge.

The other 20 will remain as port usage for light industrial use.
