OLCOTT, N.Y. — A beloved historic popcorn stand in Olcott is making a comeback.
Bye's Popcorn announced on social media Friday that the owner's children will keep the family tradition alive and run the stand. This comes just two months after the property and business went on the market.
The stand closed last summer following the owner's passing, but now a real estate site lists the property as pending sale .
Bye's Popcorn says it will share updates, including a reopening date and hours, on its Facebook page.
"Same location, same amazing popcorn, same prices — and yes, Trish & Bryce are still poppin’ and scoopin’ just like always," the business said.
