SOUTH JORDAN, Utah (KUTV) — Salt Lake County officials are building two new water reservoirs to accommodate growth on the west side of the valley, with each tank expected to hold about five million gallons of water.
The project, headed by the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, is located at 7271 West 11800 South in South Jordan and is budgeted to cost around $21 million.
“These tanks will help us get the right pressure we need to deliver that water,” said Kelly Good with JVWCD.
