In February, Shannon Breen quit his day job to start doing his dream job on a full-time basis.

The 2007 graduate at Linganore High School took the keys of a former woodshop he had just purchased, an open 5,000-square-foot space with high ceilings tucked in the back of an out-of-the-way office park on Grove Road. With the help of contractors, he began transforming it into a unique, state-of-the-art training facility for high school offensive linemen.
