CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland’s past comes alive for locals and visitors as the eighth Cleveland History Days returns June 19-29.

The 11-day celebration gives residents and visitors access to some of the city’s most intriguing historical sites, including the rarely seen streetcar level of Veterans Memorial Bridge .

The festival highlights Cleveland’s industrial heritage, diverse communities and significant contributions to national history through events and activities designed to engage people with the city’s cultural institutions, historical societies, museums and preservation organizations.

History Days encompasses more than 70 events that highlight the city’s heritage through guided tours, lectures, panel discussions and activities.
