Chunk of concrete falls at Dodger Stadium

Chavez Ravine: The Dodgers are reviewing stadium safety after a baseball-sized chunk of concrete fell on a Yankees fan in the top deck on Friday, the L.A. Times reported . Ricardo Aquino of Mexico City said the building material hit him in the back during the third inning, but that he applied an ice pack and continued watching the game. A piece of netting was installed the next day in the Section 10 reserve area where the incident was reported.
