REDDING, Calif. - Redding woman Sherri Papini was back in Shasta County Court for the second time this week as she fights an eviction notice from her ex-boyfriend.

After her ex-boyfriend Shawn Hibdon served an eviction notice to Sherri Papini at his home in Shingletown back on April 15th, the two appeared on opposite sides of the courtroom Friday morning.

Hibdon is looking to evict Papini from his home, where she's been living since January 2023. The hearing comes after Papini claims Hibdon refused to formalize an agreement that she could purchase the house from him before their break-up.
