A line or cluster of strong and severe storms will likely appear in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi and push into north and central Alabama on Saturday afternoon. Damaging winds up to 60 to 70 mph, large hail up to quarters, frequent lightning and heavy rainfall will be possible. The tornado threat is very low in this setup, but not zero. Have multiple ways to receive warnings this afternoon from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
