Developer East West Partners will open its build-to-rent townhome complex on Daniel Island on June 7 with opportunities to tour the model home.

It's part of The Fenland , which also has mix of a for-sale residences. The rentals near Beresford Creek are set on 5.5 acres within the 37-acre Nowell Creek Village , which also includes the Marshside office building — the former Blackbaud Inc . headquarters — and Atlantic Daniel Island apartments.

East West, a residential and commercial real estate group with an office in Charleston , partnered with Atlanta-based developer Holder Properties on the 50-unit townhome project.
