Accused triple murderer Sabrina Kauldhar told a psychiatrist she doesn’t want to go back to jail and urged the doctor to say she’s still mentally unfit to stand trial, court heard Friday, where it was also revealed that Kauldhar assaulted a patient and staff member while admitted at CAMH this year.

Kauldhar was initially declared unfit to stand trial in March and forced into treatment at CAMH after a judge heard from a forensic psychiatrist who tried to assess Kauldhar on three occasions since her arrest last year, with little to no engagement on the accused woman’s part, while noting her “fleeting eye contact and hostility.”
