Steve Guttenberg revealed he and Caitlyn Jenner were asked to enhance their attributes while filming the 1980 camp classic “Can’t Stop the Music.”

“I did wear really skimpy shorts,” he told Page Six during an exclusive interview earlier this week, adding that the movie’s producer, Allan Carr, asked him and Jenner to “stuff our shorts with socks to make it look a little bigger.”

Guttenberg joked, “We didn’t need it by the way. I mean I told Alan, ‘No need for a sock!'”

The actor, 66, starred in a slew of popular movies during the ’80s and ’90s, including the “Police Academy” franchise, “Cocoon” and “Three Men and a Baby.”

The “Time to Thank: Caregiving for My Hero” author went on to share that he was always wary in regard to Hollywood hyperbole.
