COLUMBIA TWP, Pa. (WETM) — People traveling in Bradford County should be aware of the upcoming bridge replacement project in Columbia Township, which is expected to last until the end of the summer, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT).

The project will begin on Monday, June 9, on Coryland Road (Route 4031) to repair the bridge over Wolfe Creek. PennDOT explained that while crews work on the bridge, Coryland Road will be closed between McClure Path Road and Columbia Crossroads.

PennDOT said that work for the project will include removing the metal culvert that is in place, installing a new box culvert, roadway reconstruction, paving, and line painting.
