A man has been charged after the Glasgow home of a gangster’s widow was allegedly firebombed.

The bungalow home of Kelly 'Bo' Green, widow of late gangster Kevin ‘Gerbil’ Carroll, was allegedly attacked last month. The home on Drumchapel Road was reportedly set alight in the early hours of May 13.

A man, 20, was arrested and charged in connection with the incident following a warrant at a property in Glasgow two weeks later. He appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on May 30, the Daily Record reports .

Pictures taken from the scene show black scorch marks at the front of the house. Kelly is one of the daughters of the late crime boss Jamie Daniel who died of cancer in 2016.
