WILLISTON, ND (KXNET) — A public auction of unclaimed impounded vehicles is being hosted by the Williston Police Department.

It'll be happening at the City of Williston Police Department Impound Lot located at 921 6th St E on Saturday, June 28.

While it doesn't start until 10 a.m., doors will open at 8 a.m. for registration and vehicle viewing.

This is pursuant to section 39-26-07 of the North Dakota Century Code (NDCC).

Here is some important information: • ID is required at the time of registration • Vehicles are sold as-is, and sales are final • WPD does not guarantee the running condition of vehicles • If keys are available, Community Service Officers will provide them • All vehicles must be paid for on the day of the sale • Purchased vehicles must be removed before 5 p
