Out of all the amazing transformations that have been introduced to the Dragon Ball franchise over the years, Super Saiyan 4 is one of the most beloved. This form, although not as powerful as those that use godly Ki as their base, has been a fan-favorite since its introduction back in 1997.

Its fame is such that followers of the series all around the world rejoiced when Daima made it canon recently . Yet, the latest appearance of the form was not the only one that has been seen during the last couple of years. Gohan and Broly, two of the most powerful Saiyans, were already able to use this technique in non-canon material. It might be time for them to obtain this form in the main timeline of the series.
