RICHARDSON, Texas — Former LSU and Scotlandville High football standout Kelvin Joseph Jr. was arrested early Saturday following a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Richardson, Texas,
Police said the 25-year-old was driving under the influence when he collided with 27-year-old Cody Morris, who was riding a motorcycle. The crash happened around 5 a.m., but officers said no other vehicles were at the scene when they arrived.
Nearly an hour later, Joseph contacted police in nearby Plano and admitted he had been involved, Responding officers noted signs of intoxication during their interview.
