Fire crews are currently battling a large blaze in North Devon.

The fire broke out during the early hours of this morning (Sunday, June 8) in an agriculture building near Bideford, and crews have been battling the fire through the night.

Around 3.20am, fire crews were called to the scene of a fire in the Littleham area, where they found a building containing hay that was "well alight".

A total of six crews have been called to help extinguish the blaze.

The fire engulfed the building, which contained a large amount of hay and straw and machinery.

Firefighters remain at the scene.

It is not known at this stage if anyone has suffered any injuries.

The cause of the fire is not known.
