LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas held an adoption event in the west Las Vegas valley Saturday, with experts on hand to educate the community.

The group gathered at Dawgs House, located near Sahara Avenue and Buffalo Drive, with multiple adoptable dogs on hand for meet-and-greets.

Retriever Rescue of Las Vegas saves dogs from the meat trade in South Korea and in Southern Nevada and finds them loving, forever homes.
