ANN ARBOR, MI — A new high-end condo development has been completed at the corner of Sunset Road and Wildt Street in Ann Arbor, but there’s still no sidewalk there.
That’s because the sidewalk gap at that location is being absorbed into a larger Sunset Road improvement project, said city spokesperson Robert Kellar.
“A preliminary engineering and public engagement program for this is underway,” he said.
The city has launched a study to determine which sidewalk gap segments along Sunset and Wildt should be incorporated into the city’s capital improvement plan as a future project.
A meeting to discuss the study with residents is planned for 6:30-7:45 p.m. June 23 at the downtown library, according to the project webpage , which indicates another engagement session will follow in August
