As a Larimer County voter in Congressinal District 4, I’m deeply concerned that Rep. Lauren Boebert has not stated whether they support impeaching Donald Trump. I’ve contacted their office numerous times with no reply. This silence, in the face of a clear threat to our democracy, is unacceptable.

Trump’s threats to cling to power and his open contempt for the law are not partisan claims — they are facts. Moreover, he openly admits that he does not know if, as the U.S. president, he needs to follow the Constitution. If Congress doesn’t impeach, convict, and remove him, our democracy may not withstand the damage.

I encourage my fellow citizens to contact Rep. Boebert’s office and urge her to support and cosponsor articles of impeachment. They must publicly commit to defending the Constitut
