The 19-year-old male driver of a BMW was arrested following the collision in the Markethill Road area of Tandragee on Saturday afternoon.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the two-vehicle crash which happened at around 1.40pm to come forward.
“The collision, between a white Peugeot van and white BMW 3 Series, left the passenger in the van with serious injuries,” a spokesperson said.
“These are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.
"The driver of the BMW, a man aged 19, has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving and using a motor vehicle without insurance. He remains in custody at this time.
“We would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact us on 101, quoting reference 720 of 07/06/25.”
