Over 20,000 people attended both of Washington’s major spring festival events this year, according to Downtown Washington, Inc. Executive Director Tyler King.

“Good news to report on our two biggest festivals that we typically hold each year, our Barbecue & Bluesfest and our Art Fair & Winefest. Population statistics went really well this year,” King said at Wednesday’s meeting of the 353 Washington Redevelopment Corporation. ×
