Returning home before it is safe creates dangerous situations for responders and ties up crucial resources needed to respond to wildfires.

The Manitoba Wildfire Service advises the province has a low-to-moderate fire danger level today, with the northeast area under a high-to-extreme fire danger. Lightning starts are anticipated.
