SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. – A motorcyclist died Saturday night, June 7, following a collision with an SUV at the intersection of East Palouse Highway and South Madison Road.

According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, the SUV was heading south on Madison Road, slowing down as it neared the stop sign at the intersection with Palouse Highway. The motorcycle was traveling west on Palouse Highway when the SUV entered the intersection, leading to the crash.

Spokane County Fire District 8 arrived to provide medical assistance. Despite their efforts, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
